A New Chapter in the History of WLP
Tiago Cardoso and Ângela Alves become majority shareholders

It is with great responsibility and enthusiasm that we share a new chapter in the history of WLP – Worldwide Logistics Portugal.

Earlier this month, Tiago Cardoso and Ângela Alves acquired the full stake of the previous shareholders, becoming the new majority shareholders of the company.
This acquisition was made possible thanks to the strategic support of @Efiki Partners and @Interpars MB Advogados, whose professionalism and vision were key to the success of this important step.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the former shareholders and management team for the exemplary path they helped to build. Their contribution was essential in establishing WLP as a solid reference in the logistics and freight forwarding sector.
