General Terms and Conditions

The Association of Freight Forwarders of Portugal, better known as APAT, is the Portuguese national organization that has the legitimacy to join and represent the companies that are engaged in the transitory activity, understood as the planning and organization of operations related to international freight transport, logistics activities their distribution.

The transitional activity is regulated by Decree Law 255/99, amended by Law 5/2013 – consult here the updated version – and the respective services are provided in accordance with the “General Conditions of Service Delivery by Transitory Companies” – consult here and here the updated version.
