According to IATA, the month of November 2022, traditionally the peak season for air cargo, recorded a worldwide contraction of 1.9% compared to November 2021 and 8.8% compared to November 2019. November even presented several indicators with an upward potential: stabilized oil prices, decelerated inflation and a slight expansion of globally traded goods.

However, the global reduction in export orders and the increase in Covid cases in China contributed to a decrease in transport operations of
air cargo.
